Our directory is designed to connect service providers with potential clients in our community. To maintain a valuable and trustworthy resource, we require all Entities to adhere to the following:

• Your listing information must be truthful, accurate, and up-to-date.
• You must hold all necessary licenses and qualifications for the services you offer.
• Your services and business practices must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
• You may not use our platform to promote illegal activities, hate speech, or content that is offensive, defamatory, or harmful.
• You may not impersonate another business or individual.
• You may not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functionality of our directory or the experience of other users.

Business Directory Entities reserves the right to remove or edit any listing that violates these acceptable use guidelines, without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided in your business listing. This includes, but is not limited to, your business name, contact details, service descriptions, operating hours, and any images or links you submit. While we may offer tools to help you manage your listing, the ultimate responsibility for ensuring its accuracy rests with you.

We do not verify the claims made by businesses in their listings. Users of our directory are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any listed service provider.

Business Directory Entities provides its directory service on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our directory will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content or information found within the directory, including listings provided by Entities.

Specifically, we disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Business Directory Entities, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the directory; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the directory; (c) any content obtained from the directory; or (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content. In no event shall the aggregate liability of Business Directory Entities exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the directory after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
